All FARO scanners purchased through us come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, factory trained support, and access to our local service team for repairs, calibration, and parts. The FARO Focus and Orbis Premium also include optional extended care plans for added peace of mind.
Do you offer financing or leasing options?
Yes. We offer flexible lease to own plans that allow you to start using your scanner immediately and convert to full ownership at any time. Rental fees are applied toward the purchase price. Contact our sales team to discuss a payment structure that suits your project budget and timeline.
What training is included?
Every scanner purchase includes hands on operator training, either on site at your facility or remotely via live session. Our factory trained engineers walk your team through setup, calibration, scanning workflows, and data processing so you are fully operational from day one. Refresher sessions and advanced training are also available on request.
